Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to assist clients with their legal needs.
- Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions.
- Analyze client issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document client interactions accurately in our systems for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or call center environments.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with sales processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
