Posting Summary

The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) seeking applicants for a grant-funded partnership with the New Jersey Department of Education, Rutgers University is developing and implementing professional development to facilitate implementation of multi-tiered early reading instructional supports in New Jersey schools. As part of this effort, Rutgers University is seeking two co-adjunct staff members to execute a strategic communication plan and conceptualize and post dynamic content on a website and via social media platforms that is focused on multi-tiered, research-based reading practices, school-based implementation, and student outcomes.
Develop and enact a plan for communicating about NJTSS-ER implementation and outcomes.

Disseminate information on NJTSS-ER implementation and outcomes with community members, educators, and state leaders.

Conceptualize and post dynamic content weekly for the website and social media that highlights NJTSS-ER implementation, associated resources, and testimonials from NJ school districts.

Participate in meetings with the Rutgers Project Director and project team members to plan for content development and report on progress.
Will be responsible for making independent decisions about communication strategies and developing social media content to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
