Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
  • Implement and refine inventory control procedures to minimize losses and errors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and advise on replenishment needs.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
  • Track the movement of goods within the warehouse using inventory management systems.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, accuracy, and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Must be capable of light lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and systems (e.g., WMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
