Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Implement and refine inventory control procedures to minimize losses and errors.
- Monitor inventory levels and advise on replenishment needs.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
- Track the movement of goods within the warehouse using inventory management systems.
- Generate reports on inventory status, accuracy, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Must be capable of light lifting up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and systems (e.g., WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
