Position Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist at Wellness Docs, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while contributing to a positive patient experience and strong team culture. Daily responsibilities include:
- Evaluate new patients, including obtaining a detailed history, performing physical examinations, and identifying functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and established therapy protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, patient education, and use of rehabilitative modalities.
- Document all patient interactions clearly and promptly in the EMR system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (chiropractors, medical providers, rehab techs, and wellness staff) to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to patients and team members.
- Engage in patient education, including home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and wellness guidance.
- Contribute to a positive clinic environment, supporting workflow efficiency, assisting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment space.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training to enhance skills and support clinic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinic policies, and professional best practices.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active, unrestricted State PT license (required).
- Strong communication, documentation, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A patient-focused mindset with commitment to delivering excellent care.
Compensation
- Pay: Negotiable based on experience.
Competitive pay structure discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $75, $100,000.00 per year
