Position Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Wellness Docs, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while contributing to a positive patient experience and strong team culture. Daily responsibilities include:

• Evaluate new patients, including obtaining a detailed history, performing physical examinations, and identifying functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and established therapy protocols.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, patient education, and use of rehabilitative modalities.
• Document all patient interactions clearly and promptly in the EMR system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (chiropractors, medical providers, rehab techs, and wellness staff) to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to patients and team members.
• Engage in patient education, including home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and wellness guidance.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment, supporting workflow efficiency, assisting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment space.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training to enhance skills and support clinic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinic policies, and professional best practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted State PT license (required).
• Strong communication, documentation, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A patient-focused mindset with commitment to delivering excellent care.

Compensation

• Pay: Negotiable based on experience.
