Job Summary:
Join our expanding Logistics operations as a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, organizing stock, picking and packing orders with accuracy, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials against documentation.
  • Accurately stock and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Follow all Logistics operational procedures and standards.
  • Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Safety and adherence to best practices.
