Join our expanding Logistics operations as a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, organizing stock, picking and packing orders with accuracy, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials against documentation.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all Logistics operational procedures and standards.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and adherence to best practices.
