outbound Business Development Representative
to help drive adoption of Quest.
Position Overview
This is an outbound-only BDR role. You will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch—identifying prospects, researching accounts, initiating conversations, and generating qualified sales opportunities for our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in proactive outreach and enjoys crafting strategic campaigns that open doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100% outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Build targeted prospect lists and research ideal customers.
- Initiate conversations with travel managers, event planners, and operations leaders.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Develop outreach sequences, messaging, and experimentation frameworks.
- Manage lead flow and documentation within the CRM.
- Monitor weekly KPIs and optimize outreach performance.
- (Manager track) Help shape outbound strategy and support future BDR hires.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of outbound BDR experience (bonus: SaaS, travel, events, or hospitality).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with prospecting tools like Attio, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excited to open conversations and generate momentum from cold outreach.
Compensation
- $2,000 monthly base salary
