Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed product testing of the coupons experience, including:
- Installing and using the browser extension
- Manually entering coupon codes on merchant checkout pages
- Logging and validating extension responses
- Participate in team stand-ups to stay aligned with priorities and shift tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to:
- Collect and validate merchant logos
- Upload assets into internal content management systems
- Confirm correct display across mobile and web experiences
- Activate, configure, and maintain merchant experiences across multiple shopping channels.
- Own the
end-to-end merchant onboarding process
, ensuring accurate setup and smooth release.
Required Skills
- Experience with
UX testing, application testing, or software QA - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a high volume of tasks
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SQL proficiency
- Familiarity with
cookies or cookie-like tracking technology
Location:
Richmond, VA
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $42, annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
