Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed product testing of the coupons experience, including:
• Installing and using the browser extension
• Manually entering coupon codes on merchant checkout pages
• Logging and validating extension responses
• Participate in team stand-ups to stay aligned with priorities and shift tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to:
• Collect and validate merchant logos
• Upload assets into internal content management systems
• Confirm correct display across mobile and web experiences
• Activate, configure, and maintain merchant experiences across multiple shopping channels.
• Own the
  end-to-end merchant onboarding process
  , ensuring accurate setup and smooth release.

Required Skills

• Experience with
  UX testing, application testing, or software QA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a high volume of tasks
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SQL proficiency
• Familiarity with
  cookies or cookie-like tracking technology

Location:
Richmond, VA

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $42, annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
