Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Fayetteville & Durham, NC

Full-Time | Clinic-Based Pediatrics | $75,000–$85,000 per year

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve children across our Fayetteville and Durham clinics. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys a dynamic caseload, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to support families in multiple communities.

You'll split your week between the two clinics based on scheduling needs and client availability.

Position Details

  • Primary Locations: Fayetteville, NC & Durham, NC
  • Setting: Clinic-based pediatric therapy
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
  • Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Travel: Reimbursed mileage between clinics; schedule coordinated in advance

What You'll Do

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to children with autism and developmental delays
  • Complete evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
  • Address expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, social communication, and feeding (optional)
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers, and clinical leadership across both sites
  • Document progress notes, evaluations, and plans of care in a timely and compliant manner
  • Participate in interdisciplinary planning and clinical meetings
  • Maintain adherence to ASHA, licensure, and organizational standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Active North Carolina SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Ability to work across two clinic locations weekly
  • Strong clinical writing and communication skills

Preferred

  • Pediatric or autism-specific experience
  • Experience with AAC or early language intervention
  • Comfort collaborating within interdisciplinary teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000–$85,000 (experience-based)
