Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Fayetteville & Durham, NC
Full-Time | Clinic-Based Pediatrics | $75,000–$85,000 per year
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve children across our Fayetteville and Durham clinics. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys a dynamic caseload, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to support families in multiple communities.
You'll split your week between the two clinics based on scheduling needs and client availability.
Position Details
- Primary Locations: Fayetteville, NC & Durham, NC
- Setting: Clinic-based pediatric therapy
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
- Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience
- Travel: Reimbursed mileage between clinics; schedule coordinated in advance
What You'll Do
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to children with autism and developmental delays
- Complete evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
- Address expressive/receptive language, articulation, AAC, social communication, and feeding (optional)
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers, and clinical leadership across both sites
- Document progress notes, evaluations, and plans of care in a timely and compliant manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary planning and clinical meetings
- Maintain adherence to ASHA, licensure, and organizational standards
Qualifications
Required
- Active North Carolina SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Ability to work across two clinic locations weekly
- Strong clinical writing and communication skills
Preferred
- Pediatric or autism-specific experience
- Experience with AAC or early language intervention
- Comfort collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
