We are a small, mission-driven nonprofit clinic with a strong emphasis on mentorship, research-based practices, and doing ABA the right way. Our clinical model prioritizes quality over volume—ensuring meaningful outcomes for learners and sustainable careers for clinicians.

About the Position
You will manage a small caseload (4–6 learners) and work closely with our BCBA team to implement high-quality programming rooted in the verbal behavior approach. This role is ideal for a BCaBA who wants strong mentorship, hands-on program design experience, and a supportive environment focused on professional growth.

  • Train and support RBTs on skill acquisition and behavior protocols
  • Lead parent training and support family collaboration
  • Complete observations, integrity checks, and data-based program adjustments

When supporting BCBAs

  • Assist with programming tasks (program updates, materials, data review)
  • Help with RBT training and ongoing competency development
  • Participate in assessments and treatment planning as directed
  • Support classroom or group programming needs
  • Provide coverage for BCBA clinical tasks when appropriate
