About the Position
You will manage a small caseload (4–6 learners) and work closely with our BCBA team to implement high-quality programming rooted in the verbal behavior approach. This role is ideal for a BCaBA who wants strong mentorship, hands-on program design experience, and a supportive environment focused on professional growth.
What You'll Do
When supervising your own caseload
- Manage a caseload of 4–6 learners
- Provide 20–26 billable hours per month
- Conduct assessments and write/update treatment plans
- Train and support RBTs on skill acquisition and behavior protocols
- Lead parent training and support family collaboration
- Complete observations, integrity checks, and data-based program adjustments
When supporting BCBAs
- Assist with programming tasks (program updates, materials, data review)
- Help with RBT training and ongoing competency development
- Participate in assessments and treatment planning as directed
- Support classroom or group programming needs
- Provide coverage for BCBA clinical tasks when appropriate

Who You Are
- BCaBA certified (or within 30 days of certification)

Pay: $60, $65,000.00 per year
