Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Design and implement employee performance management programs based on job functions and departmental needs.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, year-end employee assessments and establish evaluation criteria based on performance data.
- Ensure company compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate and oversee corporate hospitality functions, including office guest reception, event management, and visitor services.
- Act as a key liaison for employees and management, providing professional advice on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Process payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to office management and guest services to maintain a welcoming, professional, and high-standard environment.
- Leverage knowledge of the real estate or investment management sector to align HR practices with industry-specific needs (preferred).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in the real estate or investment management industry is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage employee performance management programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
