Job Description - Account Manager
Job Location: Toronto, Canada
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and strategize on how to maximize account value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
- Conduct regular account reviews, tracking performance metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of account activities, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the ability to understand and articulate client needs.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining successful client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
