You will be a key player in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is a strong asset.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Experience with safe lifting techniques is required; comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to all PPE guidelines.
