As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
Own end‑to‑end design for one of our core product domains (Platform, Identity Risk, Financial Risk or Business Risk).
Design complex workflows that guide users through multi‑step compliance processes.
Transform data‑heavy risk assessment tools into clear, actionable interfaces.
Create interface solutions that make sophisticated risk assessment tools feel intuitive.
Collaborate directly with product managers and engineers to prioritise, plan and deliver experiences in the right slices.
Work closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation while balancing visual delight and experience.
Build reusable components that work across all our platform workflows.
Establish design patterns that other teams can adopt and extend.
Document design decisions and rationale for complex scenarios.
Balance consistency with domain‑specific user needs.
Provide design feedback and guidance to other designers.
Share expertise in complex B2B workflow design.
Contribute to design critiques and process improvements.
Take initiative on design process improvements and tool adoption.
Represent design thinking and customer‑centricity across teams at Thirdfort.
Conduct user research with law firms, compliance officers and property professionals.
Transform complex regulatory requirements into clear user flows.
Test and iterate on designs that must meet user needs and legal standards.
Measure design impact and optimise designs based on real client outcomes and business metrics.
