Keep the customer informed of when they should expect delivery and any items that are currently out of stock and when they will receive them. Maintain accurate and up to date records on CRM system. Minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English. Proficient in Word & Excel. Communication and listening skills. Polite and friendly telephone manner. Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet. Further Information
