*Physical Therapist (PT) Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their mobility and overall well-being.
*Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to assess their condition
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
* Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
* Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
* Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises at home
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
*Physical Therapist (PT) Skills:*
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
* Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care
