Key Benefits
A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings up to £50,000

Responsibilities
Provide first‑class mechanical repairs and diagnostics at customer locations (driveways, office car parks, etc.)
Engage with customers, give practical advice, and represent the RAC brand with pride
Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear communication with customers
Work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturday work and staying available 8 am–8 pm during the first month
Qualifications & Experience
Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
At least 3 years hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
