We’re looking for a creative Content Marketing Executive to lead the execution of our marketing and content strategy. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through high‑quality, relevant, and consistent content across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Execute on the marketing and content strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs.
Create regular engaging content for social media platforms, predominantly LinkedIn.
Plan and oversee the creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, emails, videos, infographics, podcasts, and more.
Lead SEO‑driven content initiatives to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns and content assets.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales, and customer success) to align messaging and content objectives.
Ensure all content is on‑brand, consistent in tone and style, and optimised for various platforms.
Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Create and publish high‑quality posts, carousels, videos, and thought‑leadership content aligned with brand voice.
Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams for content creation and approval.
Monitor engagement; respond to comments, messages, and build community interaction.
Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimise future content.
Use GA4 to monitor website and content performance, identifying top‑performing content and optimisation opportunities.
Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes to enhance content reach.
Manage, set up and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including sponsored content, lead gen forms, and retargeting.
Use LinkedIn Ads analytics to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements to targeting, creative, and messaging.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging content formats, and new technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing roles.
Very strong understanding of social media content marketing, particularly LinkedIn, and how to grow engagement.
Experience planning, launching, and optimising LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Proven success in executing multi‑channel content strategies.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or small content teams.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
Preferred Experience
Understanding of the Gaming Industry.
Experience in B2B SaaS / technology / e‑commerce industries.
Knowledge of video and/or podcast content production.
Basic design or multimedia editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
Understanding of LinkedIn analytics and audience behaviour.
Experience using GA4 to track content performance, analyse traffic trends, and support data‑led decision making.
Key Performance (KPIs)
Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings.
Engagement metrics (time on page, bounce rate, shares, comments).
Content‑driven lead generation and conversion rates.
Consistency and timeliness of content delivery.
Cross‑team collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.
