Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margin and provide excellent customer service within the branch Become an expert in LKQ UK & Ireland product offerings to customers and be seen as the trusted advisor Work collaboratively with other areas of the branch, ensuring customer needs are met Ensure all callbacks are completed in a timely manner Work closely with internal teams across the business to understand our products and anticipate customer needs Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and help reduce return rates by building better relationships Utilise relevant business data to identify opportunities across all customer bands and product groups Skills And Experience
