Your Opportunity Join our team as an
Senior Account Executive , dedicated to nurturing and expanding our relationships with existing customers in the UK. You’ll be the primary partner for our current clients, listening to their evolving challenges, understanding their strategic goals, and showing them how our solutions can help their business thrive. This is a collaborative role where you’ll partner with internal teams—including solution consultants, marketing, and customer success—to create thoughtful strategies and help our customers thrive.
What You’ll Do
Build and deepen meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within your portfolio of existing customers. Your goal is to be their trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs and matching them with the right solutions from our portfolio.
Identify and develop new opportunities within your existing customer base. Partner with Customer Success and Marketing on adoption campaigns and strategic account planning to uncover expansion, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities, ensuring your customers are maximizing the value they get from New Relic.
Guide opportunities from initial conversation to close. Maintain accurate forecasts, keep your activities updated in Salesforce, and communicate your progress to the team.
Learn about your customers’ business goals and technology stacks. By staying informed about their industries, you can better identify opportunities where New Relic can provide significant value.
Develop a strong understanding of the New Relic platform. We are committed to your growth and will provide the resources you need to confidently demonstrate our products.
Your Qualifications
Proven experience in a B2B software or technology sales role, with a strong focus on account management (managing existing customers, driving expansion, and securing renewals).
A motivated and goal‑oriented mindset, with a passion for helping customers solve problems.
Familiarity with subscription‑based or SaaS sales models.
Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
A collaborative spirit for working with internal partners, like Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and marketing teams.
Experience and familiarity with the business culture in the UK.
