Location: Mobile across the Region
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
General maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps)
Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.)
Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances)
Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc.)
Qualifications & Experience
Valid UK Driving Licence
Formal plumbing qualification or other formal qualifications relating to the role
Able to quickly diagnose faults
Experience working at corporate / commercial locations in a similar role
You will work 40 hours per week and will have access to employee benefits available to you as soon as you start. We will provide full training once you start and make sure you have everything you need to do a great job.
