Salary:
£29,033 base + bonus up to £8,000 OTE
About Your Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category, interacting with independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes to promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
No experience? No problem! We provide full training plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands‑on role.
You will need a UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60‑minute commute from the role’s location.
Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
Experience with manual handling of products, point‑of‑sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
