We are looking for a National Sales Manager to play a leading part in shaping and driving the future of our newly established Dawsongroup Energy Solutions business. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will have the autonomy to build a strong customer base, develop our product portfolio, and deliver ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
Lead sales growth and achieve agreed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Develop business plans, growth strategies and marketing activity.
Refine the supply chain and evolve the product offering to stay ahead of the market.
Promote the services of other Dawsongroup businesses, raising intercompany leads as appropriate.
Lead negotiation of commercial agreements with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven sales success in energy solutions, power, or cooling sectors.
Established portfolio of customers across sectors.
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work autonomously, setting and delivering on strategy.
Experience in asset‑based rental would be advantageous.
