The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord. Job Description
Do you have experience of working in a high-performing and process-driven environment and are used to following scripts/call guides? Are you used to both inbound and outbound calling targets? Do you have a track record establishing the needs of customers based on the individual risks they are seeking to insure? Do you have strong communication skills, effective negotiation, and confident decision-making abilities? Handle inbound and outbound calls, establishing customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products. Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting and cross-selling insurance services. Understand customer risks and provide tailored insurance solutions. Follow scripts and call guides accurately to maintain consistency and compliance. Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records in the system. Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Work closely with the Sales Operations Director and other team members to optimise sales strategies. You are an excellent communicator , with great spoken and written English Proven experience in
insurance sales
or a similar high-performance, target-driven sales role. Strong
communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to influence and persuade effectively. Experience working in a
scripted, process-driven environment , handling both inbound and outbound calls. Ability to assess customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Excellent
decision-making and problem-solving abilities . Highly organised with strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills. People trust you Tech-savvy , with the ability to navigate sales systems and customer databases efficiently. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. About the Team

Full-time, Permanent Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year If targets are met there is a monthly performance bonus payable for this role. Expected hours:
40 Hours per week, 8-hour shifts
