Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain a robust automation framework that supports the full software development lifecycle.
Plan and execute functional, regression, performance, and security test strategies in alignment with project goals.
Analyze test results, track defects, and drive root‑cause resolution with cross‑functional teams.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science to identify test coverage gaps and improve quality metrics.
Monitor and optimize test environment and infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability across multiple regions.
Automate test data generation and fixture management to support continuous delivery pipelines.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of quality and experimentation.
Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and communicate status to project leadership.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably in large‑scale SaaS environments.
Fluency in Turkish and intermediate to advanced English for technical documentation.
Deep understanding of automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, Locust, and Python/Java support.
Experience with ISTQB/ISEB/TPM concepts and performance testing tools.
Solid knowledge of Agile testing practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving mindset, self‑direction, and a passion for quality engineering.
