The Opportunity As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Leader to join us as an Area Sales Manager for Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. In this role, you’ll focus on building and supporting our network of self‑employed sellers, while also providing leadership, coaching, and development to SkyTab Agents across the region. This is a newly created position with clear potential to progress into a Head of Sales role for the right candidate. We aim to conduct interviews in January, with a potential start date in February.
Key Responsibilities
Support the recruitment and growth of the self‑employed Sales Team across Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
Lead, motivate, and inspire SkyTab Sales Agents within the region to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and day‑to‑day support to ensure you remain the primary point of contact for field‑based sellers.
Stay informed by actively participating in internal departmental calls to keep pace with new products, processes, and updates—ensuring your team is always fully equipped.
Work collaboratively with your team to maintain motivation and deliver constructive feedback that supports continuous development.
Role Requirements
At least
2 years of experience in the card payments industry .
Experience managing a self‑employed sales team is beneficial but not essential; however, prior experience
working as a self‑employed seller
is required.
A highly motivated, supportive, and results‑oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
