We are currently seeking an experienced Web Designer & SEO Manager to join our dynamic team in Geneva, Switzerland. This on‑site role combines creative web design expertise with data‑driven SEO strategy to elevate Alohi’s online presence, improve discoverability, and ensure exceptional user experience. You will own the full web design and optimization lifecycle — from concept to performance — ensuring Alohi’s websites are both visually impactful and search‑optimized. Please note that this position is fully on‑site at our Geneva office. Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and continuously optimize Alohi’s Webflow‑powered websites to deliver world‑class user experiences. Create and implement responsive, conversion‑focused designs aligned with Alohi’s brand identity and business goals. Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless UX, accessibility and design consistency. Enhance visual storytelling through layouts, animations, and micro‑interactions that reflect Alohi’s innovation‑driven ethos. Ensure all designs adhere to performance and accessibility best practices (Core Web Vitals, responsive behavior, and fast loading times). Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies that drive traffic growth and strengthen organic visibility for Alohi’s products and brands. Conduct ongoing keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content structuring to improve search rankings. Collaborate with content teams to implement best practices in metadata, schema markup, and internal linking. Work cross‑functionally with developers to ensure technical SEO excellence, including site architecture, indexation, and crawl efficiency. Regularly monitor, analyse, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms such as Ahrefs or SEMrush. Oversee day‑to‑day Webflow operations, ensuring stability, speed, and ongoing optimisation. Lead web updates, landing page creation, and iterative testing for UX, conversion, and SEO performance. Partner with growth and content teams to ensure websites reflect ongoing campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives. Leverage AI‑powered tools for design ideation, content enhancement, and optimisation efficiency. Track and report key website and SEO KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations. Drive data‑informed decision‑making, balancing creativity with measurable impact. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure unified brand execution across all online channels. Stay informed on Webflow innovations, SEO algorithm updates, and AI design trends to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. On‑site presence at our office in Geneva, Switzerland. Minimum 4 years of experience in web design and SEO, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment. Proven ability to design and manage high‑performing, SEO‑optimised websites. Proficiency in Webflow, HTML5, CSS3, and a solid understanding of responsive design principles. Deep knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals and schema. Experience with analytics and optimisation tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Strong eye for UX/UI design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Fluent in English. Passion for innovation, AI‑driven creativity, and continuous improvement.
