This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager to join the existing sales team, located in Manchester, ( hybrid position ). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, maintaining key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, and work closely with customer onboarding and account management teams internally. Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, (preferably in the property management sector but not essential.) SaaS experience is important Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work Ability to work effectively in a team environment and self disciplined to work from home Experience with CRM software Knowledge of the property management sector and utility billing processes is a plus Seniority level
