Principal Executive Search Consultant
to lead leadership and permanent hiring mandates across the
UK and Europe .

The Role
Leading
executive and senior permanent searches
across Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and CDMO
Delivering leadership talent across
Quality, Regulatory, CMC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial
Owning the
full search lifecycle : client engagement, research & market mapping, candidate origination, assessment, offer execution and onboarding
Building and nurturing
C-suite and senior leadership relationships
Positioning Allerton Bishop as a
credible, consultative partner
in the market
Driving both
delivery excellence and commercial growth
Your Profile
Proven 360° recruitment or search experience
Sector experience within
Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Medical Devices
A track record of
winning and developing new client relationships
Confidence operating in
outbound, candidate-led markets
An ambition to
learn, develop, or scale retained and advisory search solutions
A mindset built for ownership, impact and long-term value creation
