Join our thriving logistics operation in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to operational procedures are paramount. - Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse products.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all Safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to overall team goals and efficiency in logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
