Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics operation in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to operational procedures are paramount. This position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for advancement within our dynamic logistics company.Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and organize warehouse products.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all Safety guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to overall team goals and efficiency in logistics operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional overtime.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
