We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our expansive logistics facility in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and ensure that products are handled with care and precision. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, all employees are expected to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Stocking and organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely and proficiently (certification may be required/provided).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conducting cycle counts and assisting with inventory management.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
- Troubleshooting and resolving warehouse operational issues as they arise.
