Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our expansive logistics facility in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and ensure that products are handled with care and precision. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, all employees are expected to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities include:
  • Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments.
  • Stocking and organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely and proficiently (certification may be required/provided).
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conducting cycle counts and assisting with inventory management.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving warehouse operational issues as they arise.
This position involves significant physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and operating machinery. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly preferred.
