Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve materials in racking systems.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on the reach truck.
- Accurately place and remove inventory from high-level racking.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse operations as needed.
- Minimize damage to products and warehouse infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment.
- Valid reach truck certification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with high-density racking systems and warehouse layouts.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including occasional lifting.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and warehouse safety standards.
- Excellent spatial awareness and operating skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
