Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco, California. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our **logistics** center, involving a variety of tasks related to receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle significant **lifting** and repetitive tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Sort, stock, and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification provided).
  • Load outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper securing.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and **safe** working environment at all times.
  • Strictly adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including mandatory **PPE** usage.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including **lifting**, pushing, and pulling items up to 60 lbs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals within the **logistics** framework.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to **lift**, push, and pull up to 60 lbs regularly.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong understanding of **safety** procedures in a warehouse setting.
  • Must be able to wear required **PPE**, such as steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and high-visibility clothing.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Knowledge of **logistics** operations is a plus.
