Join our growing e-commerce fulfillment center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient processing of online orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking products, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain productivity standards and meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order tickets and product information.
- Basic math skills for verification.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics is beneficial.
- Commitment to safety and appropriate use of PPE.
We offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $19.00, plus opportunities for overtime and career development within our logistics operations.
