Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting for a diligent Distribution Center Associate to join our expanding operations in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is crucial for the efficient functioning of our logistics hub, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a productive team environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, meeting quality standards.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring correct placement and securing.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company policies.
  • Strictly follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or inventory discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
  • Apply proper lifting techniques to handle items of varying weights and sizes safely.
  • Support the overall logistics process by meeting performance targets for speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work culture.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Awareness of warehouse safety best practices.
  • Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.
