Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Sacramento, California. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. We need reliable individuals with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations using order sheets or RF scanners.
  • Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, utilizing appropriate packaging materials.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound shipment.
  • Conduct quality control checks to guarantee order accuracy and completeness.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve daily fulfillment targets within the logistics framework.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is highly preferred.
  • Physical capability to handle frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with warehouse technology, including RF scanners and order management systems.
  • Understanding and strict adherence to safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to tasks.
