You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. We need reliable individuals with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, utilizing appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound shipment.
- Conduct quality control checks to guarantee order accuracy and completeness.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve daily fulfillment targets within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is highly preferred.
- Physical capability to handle frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology, including RF scanners and order management systems.
- Understanding and strict adherence to safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- A dedication to excellent customer service and efficient logistics processes.
