*Job Responsibilities:*
* Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
* Diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend required repairs.
* Recommend additional repairs or maintenance for the customer.
* Ensures that customers vehicle is kept clean and notifies the Service Advisor immediately if anything has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
* Participates in manufacturer sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
* Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
* Maintains and is accountable for all dealership owned tools and manuals.
* Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know and others.
* Reports all safety issues immediately to management.
*Qualifications:*
* Mechanical and diagnostics repair skills.
* Automotive repair experience required.
* Ability to effectively communicate with others.
* Proven ability to provide exceptional client experience.
* Strong time management skills.
* Strong organization and follow-up.
* A valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
