This role is crucial to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth flow of goods through our facility. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for shipment. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, and we provide all necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unpack, tag).
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Prep products for delivery, including packaging and labeling.
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment, verifying accuracy against manifests.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
- Participate in inventory checks and audits.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
