Job Summary:
Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a stable career in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is crucial to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth flow of goods through our facility. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for shipment. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, and we provide all necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unpack, tag).
  • Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Prep products for delivery, including packaging and labeling.
  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment, verifying accuracy against manifests.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment at all times.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
  • Participate in inventory checks and audits.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
