We are growing and we are looking for a strong, experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Sprinkler Division projects and support our continued growth. We’re not just offering a job; we’re building careers.


Please note this is an in office role at our location in Abbotsford, B.C.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management within the Sprinkler Division, ensuring quality, budget control, and on-time delivery
  • Establish and maintain effective PM processes across estimating, design, submittals, inspections, RFIs, change orders, and closeout
  • Mentor and guide Project Managers and Coordinators; support training and performance development
  • Review contracts and scopes, ensuring alignment with tenders and coordinating approvals
  • Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication with Field Superintendents
  • Oversee the design process, including compliance reviews before client submission
  • Manage equipment submittals and ensure accurate project documentation
  • Maintain long-term schedules and support appropriate workload planning
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, building codes, and industry best practices
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the sprinkler engineer and ensure required inspections stay on schedule


Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of project management experience in fire protection.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work effectively with tradespeople, clients, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proactive, driven, and confident managing multiple large projects at once.
  • Solid understanding of sprinkler systems, NFPA codes, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Comfortable using project management software and tools (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising project teams is an asset.
