The Family Centre is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and growth-oriented Marketing & Communications Manager who thrives at the intersection of non-profit impact, social enterprise, and B2B sales support. This role is ideal for a marketing and communications professional who understands how to translate social impact into compelling value propositions, equip business development and leadership teams, and build campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue — all while staying grounded in mission and values.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be an integral member of a collaborative and strategic senior leadership team. In this role, you will apply your management, marketing, and communications expertise to deliver innovative, creative problem solving and informed decision-making that advances organizational goals.
