We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Experience with warehouse equipment and familiarity with inventory management systems are a plus. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accept, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately document incoming and outgoing stock.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for transportation, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and cycle counts.
- Perform tasks related to the smooth execution of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Must be able to perform regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and logistics.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and committed to punctuality.
